Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ComfyPromptLab (the "Service") at comfypromptlab.com, operated by Nebula36 Technologies, Texas, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
The Service turns a short scene description into structured text prompts, negative prompts and suggested render settings for AI video tools such as ComfyUI. Output is a starting point. We don't guarantee any particular result from any third-party model or software. ComfyPromptLab is not affiliated with ComfyUI or Comfy Org.
2. Accounts
You need an account with an email address you confirm with a one-time code. Keep your password safe and don't share your account; you're responsible for activity on it. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
3. Plans
Community plan (free). You get full use of the Service at no charge while you are a confirmed member of the ComfyPromptLab community email list. Membership means you agree to receive our emails about tips, new features and Nebula36 Technologies products. You can leave the list anytime using the unsubscribe link in any email or "Leave email list" in your account. Leaving ends free access right away; you can rejoin or switch to Pro at any time.
Pro plan ($9.99/month). The complete Service without joining the community email list, for $9.99 per month plus any applicable tax, billed in advance and renewing automatically each month until cancelled.
Neither plan charges per prompt. A fair-use limit applies to stop automated abuse; normal use won't reach it, and if it's hit, generation pauses briefly and then resumes on its own.
4. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You can cancel Pro anytime from "Manage billing" in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy; a full refund ends the Pro plan immediately.
5. Acceptable use
Don't try to bypass plans or limits, probe or attack the Service, scrape it, resell it, share accounts, or use it to create content that is illegal or infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Your content
You own the scene descriptions you enter and the prompts generated for you, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial work. We store them only to show you your history, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may change features or these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Price changes for Pro will be emailed to you before they take effect.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
