What happens after a refund
A full refund ends your Pro plan immediately. You can keep using ComfyPromptLab for free by joining the community email list.
Renewals
Monthly renewals are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. If you were charged after forgetting to cancel and haven't used the Service since, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net, or email us at support@comfypromptlab.com and we'll arrange it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
