Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ComfyPromptLab, operated by Nebula36 Technologies, Texas, USA ("we"), collects, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address from Google, and no password is stored with us.
- Optional answers: what you make, what GPU you use and which video editor you use, if you choose to tell us.
- Where you came from: the link that brought you to sign up (for example, a Facebook group or Reddit post).
- Prompt history: the scene descriptions you enter, the settings you choose and the prompts generated, so you can revisit them.
- Usage counts: timestamps of generations, kept for up to 2 days to enforce the fair-use limit.
- Plan and consent records: whether you are on the community list or Pro, when you joined or left the list and the exact wording you agreed to, and your Paddle customer and subscription IDs. We never see or store your card details.
How we use it
- To run the Service: sign-in, your plan, your history and the fair-use limit.
- If you joined the community list: to send you emails about tips, new features and Nebula36 Technologies products, including our upcoming ComfyUI studio. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To improve our products using anonymous, combined statistics, such as which model presets or framings are most popular. We do not read or use the text of your prompts for anything beyond your own history without asking you first.
Notice of financial incentive
The community plan is a financial incentive: you get the Service free in exchange for joining our email list (your name and email address, plus anything you choose to share at signup). You opt in with an unticked checkbox and can withdraw anytime through any email's unsubscribe link or "Leave email list" in your account; withdrawing ends free access. We estimate the value of your membership to us at up to $9.99 per month, the price of the Pro plan that provides the same Service, and calculated it from that price.
Cookies, local storage and advertising
We set no cookies of our own. Your browser's local storage keeps you signed in and remembers where you came from. Cloudflare Turnstile checks signups for bots.
We may use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and show ads to people who visited. It records page visits and when someone creates an account, joins the list or subscribes. We never send your email address, name or prompts to Meta.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We don't sell your information for money. Using the Meta Pixel for ads may count as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out with the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of every page, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase: database, sign-in and server functions.
- Paddle: our Merchant of Record; it processes payments, tax and invoices under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and Turnstile bot protection.
- Namecheap: our email (sign-up codes and community emails).
- Meta: ad measurement, only if you haven't opted out.
- Google: sign-in, only if you choose "Continue with Google".
Retention and deletion
We keep your account, history and consent records while your account exists. Email support@comfypromptlab.com to delete your account; we'll remove your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us or Paddle to keep.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California, the EU or the UK), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to certain uses. Contact support@comfypromptlab.com. We won't treat you differently for using these rights, apart from the plan terms described above.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
